- Lead Sustainability & Product Stewardship:
- Identify, prioritize, and manage initiatives aligned to 2030 and 2050 sustainability roadmaps
- Partner with Product, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to define and quantify opportunities to reach sustainability targets
- Serve as the central point of contact to standardize sustainability practices across CertainTeed Siding
- Conduct analyses and develop data-driven business cases to support recommendations
- Review environmental impact assessments
- Increase organizational awareness through education, communication, and program development
- Identify resource needs and prioritize efforts to drive measurable progress
- Support Climate Fresk training and related corporate initiatives
- Drive Data & Environmental Impact Reduction:
- Track material usage and environmental impacts to improve efficiency and reduce waste, carbon footprint, and water usage
- Identify innovation opportunities and develop implementation pathways for current and future business needs
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor sustainability practices
- Align Resources & Strategic Planning:
- Establish strategic and tactical goals; align global, regional, and business resources with clear ownership (RACI)
- Quantify sustainability impacts for existing and future products/projects
- Develop methods to track and report performance against targets
- Present insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $111,000 to $177,000 year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15 % of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,650 to $203,550 . Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
