Saint-Gobain is an all-inclusive organization focused on developing an open and engaging culture for employees of all ethnic backgrounds. To better encourage diversity of thought, Saint-Gobain established LEAD (Leading Efforts for Ancestral Diversity), a multicultural Employee Resource Group (ERG) that supports cultural awareness for minority ethnicities. LEAD’s efforts will help advance the company’s social sustainability goals for recruitment and retention of ethnically diverse talent.

Saint-Gobain is an all-inclusive organization, dedicated to building an environment that celebrates diversity and offers employees of all backgrounds and cultures a chance to thrive. This commitment has led Saint-Gobain to establish Asian-Pacific Affinity Network (APAN), an Employee Resource Group (ERG) for individuals with Asian-Pacific backgrounds.

Saint-Gobain respects and appreciates the sacrifices Veterans make for our country and values the leadership and decision-making skills they bring to the civilian workforce. That’s why we’re renewing our efforts in Veteran recruitment and retention through the creation of a dedicated Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG).

Everyone dreams about who they want to be when they grow up. But just because you have grown up, it doesn't mean you have to give up on your dreams. A career at Saint-Gobain gives you the opportunity to invent yourself, while also helping to reshape the world.

Your career should excite you. Your career should have purpose. Your career should be what you want it to be, not just today but at every stage of your life.

Saint-Gobain is an all-inclusive organization, dedicated to building an environment that celebrates diversity and offers all employees a chance to thrive. To better serve individual communities within the workplace, Saint-Gobain offers Employee Resource Groups (ERG), such as the Women’s Network, which focuses on helping women with career advancement.
