The IT Senior Systems Analyst – SAP Production Planning & Variant Configuration (VC) is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting IT solutions that align with CertainTeed’s business processes. Will leverage SAP best practices while tailoring solutions to meet specific business needs.

Will lead and support key IT initiatives, partner with business teams to optimize processes, and translate business requirements into effective system functionality.

Operating in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment, this individual will conduct process analysis, solution design, system configuration, and provide ongoing production support. Requires close collaboration with business users, internal IT teams, and external consultants to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. Will also contribute to future S/4HANA implementation and upgrade initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Governance: Collaborate with CTIT BPC team members, IT resources, and business stakeholders to evaluate and optimize business processes.Support process owners in defining value propositions, streamlining operations, and identifying automation opportunities.Contribute to the design of robust, scalable application solutions.

Ongoing Production Maintenance: Manage support tickets including incidents, change requests, and general inquiries.Document all resolutions in the helpdesk system.Provide guidance to users to ensure effective use of system functionality.

Change Management: Ensure system integrity across all application changes and enhancements.Perform necessary configuration changes in alignment with SOX, SOD, and related compliance policies.Lead end‑to‑end change management activities including development coordination, testing (unit, integration, non‑regression), user acceptance, documentation, training, and user enablement.

Project Team Member: Deliver or coordinate project deliverables including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, configuration, testing, training, cutover planning, and go‑live support.Maintain accurate documentation throughout all project phases.Support project managers as needed regarding budget, quality, and timeliness.

Project Manager / Team Lead (as needed): Manage small to medium‑scale projects.Oversee project resources and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and quality expectations.Recommend and develop internal methodologies and procedures.

Field Service Technician

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

**While this position is remote, candidates must live in the Greater Philadelphia area and be able to travel 75–80% throughout the region**

With safety as the top priority, the Field Service Technician II installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots equipment to help customers maximize performance. As the primary Construction Chemicals (GCP) representative at concrete plants, the technician supports admixture dispensing systems and Verifi concrete management systems on mixer trucks. This role requires regular interaction with plant teams, independent work from a home-based location approximately 80% of the time, and schedule flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and non-traditional hours.

Installation, Maintenance & Repair

  • The technical work of admixture dispensing equipment includes installation, preventive and scheduled maintenance, calibration, emergency, and service repair.
  • The technical work of Verifi includes, but is not limited to, review and analysis of system performance reports to determine problem areas and develop resolutions. Coordinate problem resolution with other employees as needed, serving as the local liaison and first line of contact to the customer.

Customer Relations

  • Assist Field Sales Representatives in the winning and maintenance of customer contracts through building and maintaining professional relationships with customers.
  • Understand the impact of customer satisfaction to achieve corporate goals.

Planning & Scheduling of Dispenser Service work

  • The technician is self-dispatched. This requires an independent self- starter, self- directed person who is able to diagnose and determine requirements, plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly events in accordance with the needs of the company and the customer.
  • The candidate will interact directly with internal as well as external customers daily, and as such must possess competencies such as organizational skills, planning skills, customer orientation and project management skills. The technician is responsible for managing their `response time' consistent with customer expectations or agreement.
  • Must be on continuous call to respond to customer requests for assistance; diagnoses and solves technical problems, providing on-site assistance to customer locations for proper application of our equipment/products.

Equipment Service Administration: The service administration component requires a candidate to be proficient with computers to execute activities that include but are not limited to: Equipment ordering, Warehouse part re-stocking, Expense reports, Service Management System compliance, Preventative Maintenance, calibration scheduling and compliance, Actively control expenses and demonstrate stewardship of company resources, Maintain real time participation CRM reporting systems, Track time, parts and incidental costs associated with each customer site and each customer truck.

Other Duties

  • Complete safety training and online training modules; Observe necessary safety procedures, both those of GCP/Verifi and those of host companies.
  • Develop a solid understanding of concrete and the concrete industry, most importantly, the operations of a concrete plant.
  • Recommend modifications and product changes to improve the reliability of equipment; work with the R&D team, providing input to new system designs or researching/testing the concept of operation of new parts, and providing input to improve the reliability and performance of the solution and its components.

The Injection Molding Mold Maker is responsible for the fabrication, maintenance, repair, and modification of precision molds used in injection molding processes. Success in this position requires strong problem‑solving abilities, a deep understanding of machining principles and G‑code, proficiency with precision measurement tools and optical inspection systems, and a commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work effectively in a self-directed team setting and ability to solve problems.
