Production Operator

Compensation - $24.00 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Training: Completed on 1st shift
Job Duties:
- Run efficient production lines, problem-solving to ensure products meet quality specifications, including checking product and equipment frequently, making immediate adjustments or changes to lines when needed.
- Keep lines and production floor clean and free of debris and stocked for the incoming shift.
- Consistently communicate problems or needs with the supervisor and the assistant supervisor, and communicate with all team members.
- Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, ask for help when needed.
- Participate in and promote safety, quality, continuous improvement events and ideas.
¿CUALES SON LOS REQUISITOS?
- One-year manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computer entry
- Must be able to work night shifts and weekends.
- Annual incentive bonus can be as much as 21% of annual wages.

Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $24.00 per hour, plus 2nd shift differential of $0.60/h and 3rd shift differential of $0.70/h and. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to TARGET BONUS% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include: (Edit as needed for role)
- Shift Differentials (i.e. Hourly Rate plus 2nd Shift Differential of $0.60/ hr; Hourly Rate plus 3rd Shift Differential of $0.70/ hr)
- Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
- Attendance Incentive for Meeting Company Attendance Requirements (i.e. $300’s per quarter)
- Weekend Shift Incentive (Overtime rate on Saturdays and Doubletime rate on Sundays)
