  • Build and evolve a strong safety culture across the facility through leadership, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as corporate and plant policies.
  • Assess current EHS practices, identify gaps, and implement innovative solutions to continuously improve performance.

While we have some foundational programs in place, we're intentionally creating this role to bring in a leader who can elevate, shape, and modernize our EHS function.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” position --we need someone who is excited to build, influence, and make a lasting impact. You'll have the opportunity to assess where we are today and define where we go next, bringing structure, strategy, and innovation to our safety and environmental programs.

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Strengthen and evolve our safety culture into one that is fully embedded across all levels of the organization

  • Build sustainable processes, not just programs, that drive consistency and accountability
  • Lead with both expertise and influence, helping our teams think differently about safety and risk
  • Take ownership of our EHS strategy and create a roadmap for continuous improvement

Quite simply, we need someone who will take this function and make it their own --someone who sees the opportunity to build something meaningful and leave a lasting legacy on the organization.

If you're motivated by the chance to create, lead, and truly make a difference, this role was designed with you in mind.
