Job Duties:

  • Run efficient production lines, problem-solving to ensure products meet quality specifications, including checking product and equipment frequently, making immediate adjustments or changes to lines when needed.
  • Keep lines and production floor clean and free of debris and stocked for the incoming shift.
  • Consistently communicate problems or needs with the supervisor and assistant supervisor, and communicate with all team members.
  • Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, and ask for help when needed.
  • Participate in and promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement events and ideas.

Provided is the pay rate for this position, which is $25.20 per hour, plus first and second shift differentials of $0.60/hr and $0.70/hr. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.

Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:

  • Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)
  • Attendance Incentive for Meeting Company Attendance Requirements (i.e. $300’s per quarter)
  • Weekend Shift Incentive (i.e., Hourly Rate plus Weekend Differential of overtime on Saturday and double-time on Sunday)

Environmental Conditions:

Manufacturing plant is not temperature controlled; dust, fumes, and high noise areas are present inside plant areas. Plant environment is not climate controlled. Manufacturing processes involve granules, sand, fiberglass, asphalt coating, crushed rock, and polypropylene. Noise levels exceed 80 dB in some areas of the site. Moving equipment such as fork lifts, buggies, genie booms and industrial sweepers travel throughout the facility, sometimes in congested areas

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Ability to work an average of 40 hours per week, speak clearly so others understand, vision acuity for this position include close vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Ability to lift a 70 to 90 pound bundle of shingles without assistance. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and talk and hear. Must Pass a HUE Test.

The EHSS & Value Culture Coordinator is responsible for providing environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) guidance and support across all departments within the facility. Under the direction of the EHSS & Value Culture Manager, this role also champions World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and Value Culture initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate and local policies, and driving continuous improvement through deployment of KPIs and OPIs.

This position operates in a dynamic environment where safety, environmental stewardship, and employee well-being demand constant attention. The coordinator plays a critical role in fostering a proactive, values-driven culture that integrates EHSS excellence with operational performance and employee engagement.

  • Supports sites in maintaining EHSS operational controls and monitoring/measuring processes via company-appointed electronic data systems, including risk assessments, behavior-based safety, SDS/chemical management, timely investigation and closure of events, and monthly reporting to EHSS & Value Culture Manager
  • Periodically inspects work environments for EHSMS compliance, collaborates with departments to resolve discrepancies, and updates documents and processes as needed
  • Coordinates with employees and supports Focus Improvement teams to ensure effective communication of EHSS and sustainability matters, and timely response to employee concerns and suggestions
  • Champions WCM and Value Culture initiatives across departments, supporting pillar activities, visual management, and continuous improvement aligned with EHSS goals
  • Conducts and prepares documentation for EHSS training for employees, new hires, temporary workers, and contractors
  • Sets up and deploys Training/EHSS Talks (daily, weekly, toolbox, PCS), ensures monthly compliance, and verifies completion through gap analysis
  • Leads new hire EHSS orientations and 30-day follow-ups
  • Integrates WCM tools and Value Culture principles into training and onboarding programs
  • Manages contractor approval and safety programs, including training coordination, certification tracking, file maintenance, and trending contractor hours
  • Coordinates pre-task planning with project leads under direction of EHSS & Value Culture Manager
  • Conducts periodic inspections of contractor work areas for compliance with site policies and EHSS standards
  • Conducts and participates in event investigations using root cause analysis tools, incorporating WCM methodologies where applicable
  • Maintains EHSS data and records as required, aligned with WCM tracking and reporting standards
  • Participates in internal and external EHSS audits and Management Reviews, supporting Value Culture and continuous improvement efforts
  • Identifies and maintains aspects and impacts per procedures and standards; integrates sustainability and Value Culture into operations
  • Supports Visual Workplace, Lean, and WCM initiatives to improve site and EHSS performance, employee engagement, and cultural transformation

Warehouse Associate

Why do we need you?

This position is responsible for processing outbound and receiving inbound goods to fulfill customer orders within an industrial gypsum

production environment through manual labor and the use of heavy capacity forklifts, track radios and other mobile equipment to load and

unload product on multiple modes of transport including trucks and railcars.

Responsibilities

Material handling: Operate forklifts and other machinery to move, stack, and transport materials within the warehouse. Safely operates mobile equipment and tools to transport wallboard according to quality and specification standards. Performs daily forklift and equipment inspections; communicating any issues to team Lead and perform refueling, as needed. Properly places 8lbs of dunnage (gypsum spacers between units of wallboard) onto trailers and railcars to standards, properly places dunnage in warehouse bays for placement of stacks of wallboard and resupplies dunnage as needed in the warehouse. Assists with troubleshooting responses to problems or breakdowns in the warehouse and as required. Reports directly to the Customer Service supervisor and participates in meetings as required.

Loading and unloading: Loads and unloads trailers and containers accurately, including the proper staging and sorting of products. Performs poly-bagging, loading and unloading of trucks and railcars, secures rail cars, and forklift driving/duties as required.

Inventory management: Maintain accurate inventory records by counting, scanning, and documenting goods. Help organize and secure materials in designated storage areas. Occasionally works at heights. Assists with projects and administrative paperwork including recording and entering data into established systems, monthly Safety Management Audit Tool (SMAT), inventory tracking, injury and damage reports and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) work area improvement projects. Processes outbound orders and customer shipments via administrative functions including documentation through enterprise resource planning systems (SAP and internal programs)

Order fulfillment: Pick and prepare orders for shipment by gathering, sorting and loading products. Performs quality inspections per the quality control plan and escalates issues to Lead and supervisor if encountered. Program Summary:

The Field Service Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing all installed systems in order to ensure field quality of electro-mechanical and fluid dispensing assemblies.
