About the Role

As an End-to-End Customer Service Representative, you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the growth and success of our business. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure every order and interaction exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do

Customer Order Management & Support

  • Process and execute all types of customer orders (including samples and third-party requests) with precision and timeliness.
  • Verify and enter orders into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and prompt communication with customers.
  • Manage order changes, escalate issues, and communicate shipment expectations, especially for rush or special requests.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support, answering questions about products, availability, and order status.
  • Address pricing issues and resolve customer complaints, ensuring follow-up and satisfaction.

Relationship Building & Communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering knowledgeable and friendly service.
  • Collaborate with sales, planning and logistics to enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide solutions and support to ensure customers are serviced appropriately, timely, and accurately.

Logistics, Documentation & Warehouse Operations

  • Invoice orders and prepare transportation documents (bills of lading, labels, packing slips).
  • Track orders, manage transportation claims, and organize logistics between carriers and clients.
  • Pick, pack, load, and unload orders; help with inventory management and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness.
  • Operate a forklift (training provided if needed) and assist with other warehouse tasks as required.

The profile:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented attitude and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems (Dynamics GP or SAP) is an asset.
  • Willingness to learn and operate a forklift.

Maintenance Shift Technician

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Shift Technician is required to support the maintenance organization and process, the Maintenance Shift Technician is responsible for ensuring plant equipment performs reliably. The technician will be working closely with other Maintenance Teams and Production personnel to ensure the plant equipment performs to the need of the plant. The Maintenance Manager will define other duties and responsibilities.

This position will work an assigned Night shift schedule (8 or 12 hrs.)

 

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Demonstrated mechanical or electrical knowledge.
  • Knowledge of plant equipment operation and maintenance requirements.
  • Knowledge of Preventive and Predictive maintenance practices.
  • Highly engaged in World Class Manufacturing processes and improvements
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills. (Microsoft Outlook and Excel)

Education and/or Experience: Five years related industrial maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Must have ability to operate electronic calculator to accomplish these tasks.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Must have basic computer literacy in order to enter production data daily.

Relevant du Directeur de l'usine, la personne occupant ce poste s'assurera que tout l'équipement et les installations de Bailey sont réparés et bien entretenus tout en respectant les exigences en matière de sécurité, de qualité, de planification et de productivité et de fiabilité. Ce poste requiert une solide expertise en coordination, une excellente aptitude au dépannage sur le terrain, une rigueur en maintenance préventive, une vigilance constante en matière de santé et sécurité, ainsi qu’un soutien actif à la mobilisation et à l’installation des équipements.

 

Les responsabilités et les obligations liées au poste incluent, sans toutefois s’y limiter, les éléments suivants :

 

  • Superviser l’entretien et la réparation des équipements et systèmes de production.
  • Prioriser les tâches de maintenance selon les besoins de production.
  • Mettre en œuvre un plan de maintenance préventive pour réduire les arrêts.
  • Coordonner les réparations avec la production et résoudre les pannes.
  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les systèmes mécaniques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électriques.
  • Fabriquer ou modifier des pièces avec des équipements d’atelier (tour, fraiseuse, etc.).
  • Installer, entretenir et réparer les composants majeurs (engrenages, pompes, moteurs, vérins).

  • Communiquer les besoins de maintenance ou de remplacement de pièces.

CE TRAVAIL VOUS CONVIENT-IL?

  • Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en réparation et entretien dans un environnement de fabrication;
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience avec des équipements tels que : grues, chariots élévateurs, cercleuses, cutters, scies à onglets, instruments de contrôle qualité, etc.;
  • Excellente connaissance du processus de production ainsi que du chariot élévateur et de la grue;
  • Certification en électricité ou mécanique industrielle (atout);
  • Bonne connaissance de la loi et des règlements sur la santé et la sécurité;
  • Faire preuve d’éthique, d'ouverture d'esprit, avoir un bon sens de l'observation et démontrer de la ténacité;

Production Supervisor - Performance Films & Solutions

The Shift Supervisor leads and supports shop floor employees in a manufacturing environment. This role manages daily operations, assigns tasks, enforces policies, and identifies process improvements. Field Service Technician

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

***While this position is remote, candidates must live in the Las Vegas, Nevada area***

With safety as the top priority, the incumbent will be responsible for the VERIFI equipment suite including installation, maintenance and repair.

Candidate will perform troubleshooting services to aid customers in resolving issues and help them achieve maximum potential from our solutions. The technician will be the primary VERIFI representative at the concrete manufacturing plant. They will install and maintain Verifi concrete management systems installed on customer mixer trucks and admixture dispensing systems as needed.

The VERIFI Field Service Technician will be required to interface regularly with plant management, batch plant operators, concrete mixer truck drivers, and truck maintenance management and mechanics.

Based at home, the candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time as the only VERIFI employee at the customer sites, thereby requiring candidate to work independently.

Schedule flexibility is required. Field visits may be scheduled late at night and/or very early in the morning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Possess a broad array of knowledge including computer systems configuration, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24 volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principals.

  • In this role the candidate will interact directly with internal as well as external customers on a daily basis, and as such must possess competencies such organizational skills, planning skills, customer orientation and project management skills. The technician is responsible for managing their ‘response time’ consistent with customer expectations or agreement.
  • Must be on continuous call to respond to customer requests for assistance; diagnoses and solves technical problems, providing on-site assistance to customer locations for proper application of our equipment/products.

Equipment Service Administration

  • The service administration component requires a candidate to be proficient with computers in order to execute activities that include but are not limited to:

Other Duties

  • Complete all safety training and on-line training modules; Observe all necessary safety procedures, both those of GCP/Verifi and those of host companies.
  • Develop a solid understanding of concrete and the concrete industry, most importantly the operations of a concrete plant.
  • Recommend modifications and product changes to improve reliability of equipment; work with the R&D team providing input to new system designs or researching/testing concept of operation of new parts and providing input to improve reliability and performance of the solution and its components.

The preferred locations for this role are Minnesota, Chicago, or Atlanta, as the primary responsibilities are tied to supporting operations at our sites in Mankato, MN; Social Circle, GA; McPherson, KS; and Denver, CO. This role is critical in ensuring that both plant and third-party manufacturing partners consistently produce products that meet or exceed established quality specifications. The position will collaborate closely with Engineering, WCM, Manufacturing, and R&D to identify and resolve issues across the entire production process—from raw material supply through to finished goods delivery.

Essential Functions

Quality Systems Leadership

· Leads the Plant Quality Council to align with strategic goals.

· Ensures audit readiness via structured reviews and root cause analysis.

· Acts as SME for ISO 9001, VSI, ASTM; represents plant in audits.

· Oversees QMS training and document control processes.

Quality, Compliance & Process Improvement

· Owns plant-level quality systems and ensures regulatory compliance.

· Drives Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction initiatives.

· Develops inspection/testing protocols and leads corrective actions.

· Conducts supply chain audits and resolves customer complaints.

· Tracks and communicates key quality metrics.

Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for increasing the productivity and effectiveness of the maintenance team by providing complete work order packages to the craftsmen and managing the preventative maintenance system.
