Saint-Gobain North America is seeking a dynamic and experienced R&D PMO Project Manager/Team Leader to manage a team of Project Managers that lead a variety of complex, cross-functional R&D projects aimed at driving innovation in building materials and systems. As the Team Leader, this role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic projects of the PMO that is responsible for managing key strategic initiatives through the full project lifecycle -- from concept through commercialization -- ensuring alignment with strategic goals, customer / market requirements, technical feasibility, and operational readiness. The role is also expected to serve as the project manager for some projects as well.

This plays a key role in advancing the strategy to support Saint-Gobain North America R&D teams and business units. Building on a strong foundation in project management, this role requires strong business acumen to oversee execution, identifying and managing risks, and contributing to some workstreams for complex projects, coordinating closely across multiple functions and business leadership teams.

In addition to project management, the role will also be responsible for team development to ensure that the PMO function and team members continue to grow and adapt to the organization's needs, while also mentoring team members to grow in their roles.

  • You will partner closely with engineers, designers, researchers, business teams, commercial teams and business stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and oversee execution of multiple companywide initiatives.
  • You will also contribute to shaping business strategy and mentoring junior team members as needed.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to understand complex concepts, adapt communication to meet diverse stakeholder needs, and facilitate decision making through these interactions.
  • The role requires strong skills in consensus building and effective stakeholder management.

Essential functions:


Team Enablement: Mentor newer team members and contribute to the team's evolving ways of working as project capabilities grow. Establishing best practices for the team and reporting on the PMO KPIs. Supporting team's career progression aspirations through gap analysis and opportunities for stretch assignments


Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end project management, translating business and R&D needs into clear project plans, executing project tasks / contribute to some work streams, coordinate logistics, monitoring execution of all project tasks, proactively identify and manage risks, preparing presentations, or supporting R&D / Business leaders with data / analysis required for report outs.


Cross-functional Coordination: Manage more complex projects or multiple workstreams, proactively aligning teams, and ensuring consistent progress toward goals, including execution of project tasks. Highlight blockers and propose solutions and resolve blockers / conflicts. Proactively anticipate, quantify, monitor program risks and oversee risk mitigation activities.


Stakeholder Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communicating the business impact, status of initiatives and risk mitigation efforts, and critical decisions.

Strategic Contribution: Support the Innovation and Sustainability Portfolio Manager and business leaders and executives in refining PMO vision and roadmaps by bringing forward customer insights, market trends, and technical feasibility considerations.

· Progressive leadership role in directly managing a Project Management team overseeing budgetary responsibility and people management.
· Responsible for overseeing workload, team culture/dynamics, development, building strong teams
· Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent)

However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,650 to $203,550. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Maintenance Manager

Primary Functions:
 
Lead your team and act as a role model for the site with safety as a core value and ensure site compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

The Role

This position is responsible for the strategic management and oversight of all Purchasing activities for the Garden Grove, CA site. The role encompasses end‑to‑end procurement responsibilities, including vendor relationship management, price negotiation, competitive bid administration, policy compliance and enforcement, spend portfolio optimization, contract execution oversight, and tactical purchasing support. Key objectives include driving cost savings, elevating strategic sourcing capabilities, ensuring adherence to global compliance standards, enhancing service delivery to internal stakeholders, and increasing the effective utilization of internal digital procurement tools.

  • Serve as both a tactical and strategic purchaser for the site
  • Act as the subject matter expert & provide oversight to all spend and vendor related compliance outlined in the Purchasing Policy, ICRF, Gift Policy, and P‑Card Policy
  • Lead purchasing & cost-savings initiatives for assigned sites
  • Act as the face to the company's suppliers to support proper communication which includes Supplier Scorecards along with vendor creation through the MDR tool and/or Supplier Portal
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for site questions or issues related to Purchasing
  • Own the oversight of medius & related issues as the primary point of contact for the site(s)
  • Analyze total spend to determine action plans to save costs or reduce risk through contracts
  • Identify and leverage cross‑site and cross‑business sourcing opportunities
  • Lead site RFPs for OpEx and CapEx within the approved threshold, from requirements gathering through negotiation, contract execution, and PO creation
  • Launch all RFQs through the company's online bidding platform
  • Involve technical teams early to ensure compliant purchasing processes
  • Participate in bid walks and project meetings with contractors and project managers
  • Ensure all vendors sign Saint‑Gobain's Supplier Charter
  • Negotiate, review, audit, and retain agreements as required per internal policies
  • Drive site compliance and usage of MRO and Agora tools
  • Implement and utilize the global procurement tools as related to required activities
  • Process non-raw material POs and communicate requirements to vendors, including compliance related documents
  • Maintain proper info records for raw material related sourcing
  • Provide regular training & hold monthly meetings with site stakeholders to assess purchasing needs
  • Resolve invoice and GRIR issues by coordinating with vendors, AP, and project teams
  • Complete and review monthly reports to support accurate site operations
  • Ensure timely acknowledgment, tracking, and closure of POs, with weekly review for accuracy
  • Maintain organized records of quotes, POs, reports, and other documentation in line with audit standards
  • Support sites when needed with vendor pre‑qualification, including CSR scoring and insurance review
  • Sign the Purchasing Charter annually and ensure all purchasing‑authorized staff do the same
  • If determined to be a need, this role will support the management of and actions related to a category or scope of spend

Job Summary

The AZ Flatbed Driver, under the direction of the Logistics Department, will primarily be responsible for safely delivering product to our customers in a friendly and courteous manner. This position requires high standards of customer service and efficiency. Flexibility of shift is essential and regular overnight runs are required based on routing needs.

 

Job Duties

  • Safe operation of equipment at all times;
  • Courteous and positive communication with customers and job site personnel;
  • Unloading product at customer job sites using a truck-mounted forklift;
  • Strap loads in accordance with load requirements and check load securement on an ongoing basis throughout the day;
  • Pick up product from vendors;
  • Picking up coils from steel mills and outside storage locations;
  • Transferring product between Agway locations;
  • Maintain both electronic and paper logs;
  • Perform daily pre-use inspections on all equipment;
  • Wear the company uniform and represent the company in a positive fashion;
  • Perform overnight runs as required;

Job Responsibilities

Comply with all Plant Safety Rules and Government Regulations and ensure a safe healthy work environment. Be a model for safety. Report all safety concerns to the immediate supervisor.

Will operate different types of packing equipment and know all associated safety procedures of each piece of equipment. Keep the working area in a clean, neat, tidy condition on a continual basis.

Follow all instructions for production goals and efficiency. Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the manager.

  • Supervise, coach, and support direct reports while setting priorities and monitoring performance.
  • Coordinate internal maintenance activities and manage external mechanical and electrical contractors.

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position, which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
 
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,650 to $139,150. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
